OUR STORY

Kestrel Aero Pte Ltd is a Singapore based, international air charter service established in March of 2017. We started out as a small operation based at Seletar airport providing aircraft charter & medical evacuation services. Eventually, we expanded to conduct special cargo and helicopter operations.

Meet The Team

Dek Mahendran

Dek has held various roles in the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) and commercial aviation over the past 40 years. A former air force pilot turned entrepreneur, Dek also managed a successful emergency medical evacuation center and managed aircraft for high net-worth individuals prior to setting up Kestrel.

Rakesh Bhardwaj

A graduate mechanical engineer with an MBA, Rakesh has been actively involved in the downstream end of the petroleum industry for over 30 years. He was keenly involved in techno-commercial evaluation processes for bulk petroleum handling facilities in Singapore, Panama, Fujairah (UAE) and Philippines, including their design and is extremely adept with all practical and commercial matters for bulk storage and distribution.

Capt Arasa Retanam

Capt. Arasa has accumulated over 20,000 flying hours with Singapore Airlines and Emirates. Capt. Arasa’s extensive experience has provided him with an in-depth professional knowledge of the inner workings of numerous regulatory authorities and different aircraft operating environments.
